Nun ist es soweit, Bildungsministerin Heinisch-Hosek will die Gender-Theorie als Grundlage des Sexualunterrichtes mit einem Erlass durchsetzen. Dabei beruft sie sich auf unverbindliche WHO-Standards zur Sexualpädagogik. Hinter diesen Standards steckt ein internationales Netzwerk von Gender-linientreuen Sozialwissenschaftlern. Legitimation für ihre kulturrevolutionären Absichten, erhofft sich die Ministerin durch eine Onlineerhebung bei Schülern, Eltern und Lehrern. Eine Erhebung, die sich wörtlich an die WHO-Standards anlehnt und damit so ideologieunterlegt ist, dass sie keine kritische Distanz für die Befragten zulässt. Die Gendertheorie hat es unter dem Deckmantel der Toleranz und Nichtdiskriminierung geschafft, über die gesellschaftliche Hintertreppe auf allen Ebenen der Politik an Einfluss zu gewinnen. Sie meint den Menschen und damit die Familie in Einzelteile wie biologisches und gefühltes Geschlecht, sexuelles Begehren und Fruchtbarkeit zerlegen und beliebig zu verschiedenen Lebensformen montieren zu können. Es handelt sich um eine Ideologie, die entwicklungspsychologisch und verhaltensbiologisch mehrfach wiederlegt wurde und die kaum ein Österreicher wirklich kennt. Von den Bedürfnissen der Kinder, den Sehnsüchten und Zielen der Jugendlichen und den nachgewiesenen Vorteilen der einfach strukturierten Familie aus Vater, Mutter und Kindern wollen deren Vertreter nichts wissen. Das Leid derer, denen Vater oder Mutter gefehlt hat oder deren Leben entlang zahlreicher schmerzlicher Bruchlinien verlief, ist ihnen offensichtlich egal, wenn sie die „Vielfalt der Lebensformen“ als neues gesellschaftliches Leitbild preisen. Nachdem diese Sozialingenieure das Individuum aus allen vorgegebenen Bezügen herausmontiert haben, bleibt als gemeinsamer Nenner aller Lebensformen nur noch die sexuelle Lust übrig, deren Vielfalt gepriesen und den Kindern nun unterrichtet werden soll. Vergeblich sucht man in den Erzeugnissen dieser Sex-Jakobiner nach Verantwortung für Lebensziele oder nach Integration der Sexualität in die Gesamtpersönlichkeit, zu der immer auch Verzicht gehört. Stattdessen trifft man auf eine Verhöhnung der einfachen Familienstruktur (ministeriell approbierte Unterrichtsmaterialien) und Tipps für eine geilere Masturbation (Land NÖ „Liebe usw.“). Vater dieser „Sexualpädagogik unter Einbeziehung des Körpers“ ist der pädosexuelle Aktivist Helmut Kentler. Heute steht vor allem der Kieler Professor Uwe Sielert für diese Form der Sexualpädagogik. Er wird in den WHO-Standards eifrig zitiert. Die Ministerin scheint das nicht anzufechten, auch nicht das Indoktrinationsverbot an Schulen, das ihr Vorgänger, Fred Sinowatz, in den 70-ziger Jahren verhängt hat.
